A performing vocalist, she weaves harmonious sound throughout her events to lovingly encourage relaxation and release. Her work is perfectly aligned to support people experiencing the effects of stress, overwhelm and anxiety.

Working within the education, wellness, arts and cultural spheres for over 25 years, Carla has amassed a vast range of skills and experience. Currently running yoga studios on the gorgeous NSW South Coast, she has also facilitated numerous professional wellness programs nationally. This includes the development and funding of several arts and wellbeing programs in remote Indigenous communities, extensive work with youth at risk groups, as well as being a TAFE NSW teacher and working in private education.
